Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> General, and set Love Box to Hide.

I've turned it off in the spot you pointed out, but it still keeps showing the heart shape on the cover of the news!

Hello, i have the same problem, i try to hide the "Love Box" from post with the hide button in the Betheme options page and this not work, still show in my page, did you have other solution ?
