Uploading custom Icons not working - this is not the icomoon zip file
I can't upload custom icons from icomoon. I have read through other posts with the same problem. I have watched the videos in the link that is given. I can confirm the zip file is uploaded to the site by checking the file manager on the hosting site. When I upload the zip and click Publish, the browser just spins and refreshes over and over. If I click back into the Icons section I see the error message below.

You did not attach FTP access. Please send it.
I assume that it might be related to your server configuration but we could not check that without FTP.

I don't have FTP access at the moment. I will try and get the info.
I created the ftp access and sent it through the private contact form.
We have received your FTP access, and we are checking this issue now.
