Excuse me How to add a link to the background image of Slider Revolution for betheme theme templates
In the second image above, I tried to set the link here to be able to jump to the product page, but it doesn't seem to work. Could you please tell me the right way to do it

I checked that on my environment and this feature works properly
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

The click and link works, but it shows the home page instead of the product page.
It could mean that you have some redirections set on your website. Betheme does not have an influence on links, so please check if none of your plugins causes it. Also, ensure that you do not have the .htaccess file modified because it might be the root cause as well.
