Replace Next/Previous Post?

I want to delete the Next post / Previous post as it is now

And replace it with the one below. So what to do?

    Hi,

    You can hide the previous/next navigation in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share by unchecking the sticky arrows option, but we do not have the style from your last screenshot.
