Hi,
you can use Import/Export feature that is available for sections.
However, we recommend to consider using global wraps/sections feature. You can save them globally into templates and later use anywhere you like. Further details regarding this feature, you will find in the following tutorial https://youtu.be/mD5_bGQKo4o
