Icons keep disappearing

Hi!


All the icons keep disappearing and replaced with rectangles all the time. Disabling the plugins and cleaning the cache helps but needs to be done every 15 minutes which is rather inconvenient. What's the longterm solution?

    please disable CACHE as seems like your caching plugin is the culprit.

    Which of the plugins is causing it? Do I have to keep it disabled forever? The icons still are disappearing, even when I'm not working on the website design.

    We do not know what caching plugin you are using. Most likely it should have in plugin description mentioned that it is for the cache.

    Probably, you do not have to keep it disabled forever, but adjust the plugin settings, and for that, I suggest contacting the plugin author.

    Hi again!


    Please find attached screenshots of all the plugins. None of them seem to be related to any cache. The problems still continues, as my company webpage is live and the icons keep disappearing multiple times a day. Need to fix it asap.

    Please also check the server cache.

    Ensure that you do not have any cache tool enabled on your server.

    You can also disable your plugins one by one to see if none of them is the root cause.
