After installing the theme, I cannot save changes to the theme options. The button looks inactive. Please help.

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

Some parser on your server changes dots to commas in forms, which is incorrect and causes this issue.

You must contact your hosting provider and ask to disable the tool that is responsible for that.
