Footer in the middle of the page.

The footer is in the middle of the page and I don't know why.

You have set up the section's custom height to 200px:
After I changed it to default, the Footer is in the correct place.

I notice some slowdowns on the website, it takes a lot of time to update the pages, and there is a delay whenever I try to edit a bloc.
Do you know where this slowdown might be coming from?
