Problem with Purchase Code Validation in License Manager

Hello,

A few months ago, I purchased the BeTheme template on ThemeForest. However, when I enter the item purchase code and the associated username from the Envato market, I receive the following message: "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."

I would appreciate your assistance as I am currently unable to use the template in any way. I have a document confirming the license and purchase of this template.

Hi,

You are using the tool for managing registered tools, and if your license is not registered, then it will not work.
