Most recent version of migration tool or search & replace tool

Hello,

We have a problem that when our sites are moved between urls (development/staging/live) or to a temp domain for prelive testing that background image links are not updated.

Our solution was to use the Muffin Search and Replace or the Migration Tool.

Neither are currently working is there a more recent version that Muffin Search & Replace 3.1.1 or Migration tool v4?

Found the page https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-change-url-path-in-muffin-builder/ however the link is no longer working.
