Impossible to update 27.4.5
Hello
I cant update to the last version :
Download the update from https://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=xxxxxx
Unzipping the update...
Install the latest version...
Theme update failed.
An error occurred while updating Betheme: Unable to move old version to upgrade-temp-backup directory.
Ive tryied to delete the upgrade-temp-backup, ive tryied to redownload/upload the betheme folder, nothing works.

It is not Betheme related issue, so you should instead contact your hosting provider, as it is related to the server configuration.

Im developer since 20yo, this is not related to my hosting provider, multiples peoples complains about this bug since the last version of Betheme. How can we update the theme so ?
Did you try to contact your hosting provider anyway? If not, please do that.
Also, I do not know what other people you refer to, as you are the only one recently who posted about this on the forum.
