Top Bar border bottom Line showing under my transparent header

I'm using a transparent header. There is a blue line where, I believe, the Top Bar border bottom is. The color adjustment in the theme options doesn't effect this. I need to get rid of that line.

Hi,

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Performance, disable Static CSS, save theme options, enable it, and save theme options again.
