Footer (WP template) hidden on mobile

Hi, I've a site in testing. It is built on a very simple BeTheme structure. I created the footer using wordpress template (I wasn't getting on well with the footer builder in BeTheme). On ALL mobile pages the footer is lost. Doesn't show. I've tried everything (that I can think of, or find online). I do not want to get into fiddling with custom CSS, the point of the build and using BeTheme is to create something VERY SIMPLE that I can share with others for the future. Help appreciated. Thanks

    The footer shows at 401px screen width, but hides beneath that. I've fiddled with CSS (and undone when it didn't work). Have checked responsive settings.

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    But I've now completely deleted my footer to recreate in Betheme only. However, now i'm stuck with a difficult-to-configure footer, with colouring i can't control etc, it's not easy. Help appreciated
