Mobile website not scrolling from iphone

Hi, the website is working fine on the website. However, it does not scroll on the iPhone.
I attach a video (in zip because it doesn't allow me to upload directly mp4) showing the problem. Obviously I did a test from several iPhones and the problem is the same.
I've disabled all the plugins, and cleared the cache, but this does not solve the problem.
Have any of you encountered the same problem and found a solution?

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Genera, disable content overflow, and check if the problem perists.
