Hey Team,

We have purchased the license key for the WordPress website listed below. However, we are encountering issues activating the theme in the BeTheme dashboard. It keeps on rotating the loader once I key in the purchase code?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
