shortcode instead of visual settings

fresh install and imported "Be tuning" theme
I feel I am missing something since if I click on blocks, they show as shortcodes (under "settings") not in visual mode. Style and Advanced work as expected instead (with form inputs).
Is the "settings" tab working the way it is supposed to work i.e. by editing the shortcode?

Hi,
You installed some old pre-built websites that used shortcodes.
To have Style and Advanced tabs, you must place the appropriate elements in the BeBeuilder, and adjust them according to your needs.

Not a hard job to renovate, but such themes should be marked as outdated.
If not already, they also should be marked as "BeBuilder only" theme. I bought the template only because of the betuning theme, and only after buying it I found elementor is not available.
