Facing Interval Server Error when editing templates

I set up my WP website locally, and after I moved to production, however, now I'm getting internal Server error on the template edition. The remaining pages are working fine.

    Please try to move your website again but with the Duplicator plugin.

    This message says that file doesn't exist. Like @Phil said, please move your website with DUPLICATOR plugin as not all files have been copied correctly.
