Remove Responsive Features

My client who purchased the Be Theme for her business site does not want her website to be responsive. I have advised against this however it is there request that the website not be responsive at all and look the same in layout regardless of this device.  I have tried to turn off the responsive feature but the site still has displayed responsive.  Could you please advise me on how to remove the neccesary files to stop the website from being responsive in any way.

    Hi,

    responsive mode can be deactivated under Theme options > Responsive section. This is the only way to turn off responsive and it works for sure. We recommend to check your cache because this may be the reason why after deactivation you still don't see any result.
