Unable to upload "architect.zip" in revolution slider

Error: slider_export.txt does not exist!

I did upload other demo content and others worked fine.

I have read all the threads to resolve this issue with no success

Let me reiterate my original post this again.

The thread you pointed me to does not work for this.

Can you please simply export the architect rev slider the correct way and provide it, so there is not all this confusion.

Sure, we can export slider once again for you but we are sure if this topic did not helped, new slider won't help as well and you will get the same error. But feel free to send us private message so we can send you exported slider.

I am a programmer/web designer and have trouble shot this issue to death.

If a new slider export will not help and the prior topic did not work, what do I need to try next?

Should I just give up?

What is my next step?

Is architect just a useless theme for me?

If the problem is between server and slider, then any theme on TF will be useless for you. At this moment over 99% products uses Revolution Slider so this is the number of useless products for you.

As we wrote above, if you will send us private message, we'll export this slider for you. Also you should try to update rev slider to 5.0 version which is included into theme package. Maybe the latest version will be the answer.
