My purchase code is not working
Hello, I built a site with the bebuilder theme, in a folder on my old site. Then when I went to put the site the live, my host moved it from my old site, https://lasfloresproperties.com/new-2024-lfp-site to the new url www.lasfloresvacationrentals.com, where it will reside.
Now, when I go into my options on the settings in the theme, it says that my purchase code is being used on another site? I don't understand, I shouldn't have to pay for it twice. I only have one site and it was moved once it was put live.
Can you please help me as to how to make it work, I dont feel I should have to buy another theme all I did was move the folder and put it on my new url, its the same site. I dont know if they did something wrong, or what I need to do to not purchase another theme. Now my original website just forwards to my new website, but its like I have to pay for both, but its the same thing?
