I have many scenarios where I need to use the same popup, because each popup will redirect to a different link after the form is filled out, is there any way to duplicate the popups so that I don't have to manually create many of the same popups?

You can use the YOAST Duplicate Posts plugin.
You can install it through Betheme -> Plugins.
When you install it, you will have to allow this plugin to duplicate templates.
