BeTheme not updating, Key not showing up either to DeRegister

Hi Everyone

I have been trying to update the theme to the lastest version, I had a few people go through it unfortunately no luck,

First of all its been suggested to deregister the key, which doesn't come up on the system to and on the website dash its not getting processed either.

On the system this is the error I get: The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.

just need to know what I need to do to get this fixed as this is causing a lot of issues for me. Its an ecom website so these are extremely important.
