Licence change
Hello,
I'm taking over the management of a site https://lisebrauncollection.ch/ and I've bought a new license to update the theme.
However, I can't figure out how to remove the old license / dev, or even reset the process to be able to activate mine.

You can deregister previous license and register a new one in Betheme -> Dashboard.

What you are presenting on the screenshot clearly shows you are using illegal version of Betheme. If it would be legal version, you would see the beginning of the purchase code. In such case, you have to remove theme completely and install legal version.

Afterwards, before I reset the license the first time, the beginning of the code was displayed.
I started having problems when the link between the license and the site was “untied” here https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/
Yes, seriously. Betheme always shows first part of the purchase code. What you shown on the screenshot above clearly shows you are using illegal version of Betheme.
