hello i got a bug that crushes site i manege to identify it to Betheme

when i install and activate Google for WooCommerce (google listings and ads) i get crash and critical error page) this not happning if i use the store front theme .


also hed crushes occasionally trying saving cache in settings

please advise

    Hi,

    Are you sure that you have the most current version of betheme and this plugin? There is no longer a Google Listing and Ads plugin, only Google for WooCommerce.

    Please turn off all of the other plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Also, ensure that you have configured this plugin properly.

    yes have all the updates

    i check with store front theme and its working fine , i get crash only with betheme

    What about the other things I mentioned in my previous message?

    Did you disable all other plugins?

    Do you use a child theme? Did you check if it works when you switch to parent?

    Did you ensure that you configured everything properly?

    i forget to mention that only admin side is disabled dew to critical error the web site side is still working with minor bugs

    yes disabled all plugins i have only main theme (no chiled) and its a fresh site so baisiclly yes dont know why

    the problem is more sirios then i expected its not that i have google plugin instaled and when activating site crashes its its crashing on install i have to manually delete folder from plugin for the site admin recovery

    i try with other themes and all is working

    just with bethem crashes
