  • Hi,

Did you assign a mute parameter to that video?

Modern browsers disallow autoplay videos that are not muted, and I do not see this parameter assigned to your video.

    Best regards

  • Hi, no i did not ....the video has no sound ....... so the parameter is set to autoplay. That is all.

  • Hi, I just logged in and i see you changed the parameters, So I refresh the home page again and the video loads - BUT - WITH THE OLD CACHE with that left aligned video that then moves the video centre, and the bottom black curve corner opacity image from an old deleted container still shows on refresh :(.

    Help!

  • Did you contact the previous plugin cache support regarding this?

Anyway I do not know what black curve and container you refer to, so it is always good to attach screenshots pointing that out.

  • Hi there yes I did - they cannot find what is wrong even :(. we turn off Nitropack, and nothing changes in terms of the cache stored on the website, we looked at konsole h files on server, no stale cache there either....... we do not know now.. you say it is not betheme, nitropack says it cant be nitropack?

  • Please ensure you do not have any active caching tools on your server.

You can also install this plugin back, purge the cache, and deinstall it afterward.

Can you please attach a screenshot showing what you are referring to?

  • I realise I posted a new discussion around this - so I thought i would comment here again as Nitropack after 2 weeks has found that it is not nitropack .... it is the theme code in the styling.

It only happens on this website not on all websites (other betheme websites are absolutely fine).

    Nitropack says:

    Hello,

I would like to take a moment to clarify and emphasize that the sole action we have undertaken thus far is the disabling of NitroPack. We have not implemented any other modifications or changes to the system.

Furthermore, it is crucial to understand that NitroPack operates in a manner that does not alter the original source code of your application or website. This characteristic significantly reduces the likelihood that NitroPack is the source of any issues you may be experiencing. Any problems that arise from the source files themselves should be addressed independently of NitroPack. By doing so, you can ensure that NitroPack continues to function as intended without interference from unresolved issues in the source code.

In summary, since NitroPack is entirely deactivated, it should not influence the page's loading behavior. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to ensure everything runs optimally.

We are at your disposal for any assistance or questions you may have.

  • Thanks, I have answered you in the new topic you created.

    Best regards
