Page is not displayed correctly! [urgent]

Hi,

An essential published page on my website is not displaying properly, almost all texts are invisible (white on white), their formats have changed and an image at the bottom has disappeared. In the editor, though, things look different (as should appear publicly).

Can you help me understand what happened and how to fix it? Thank you very much!

Note: not as urgent, but also wondering why the slug I created for this page isn't showing (the page ID appears instead).

    Hello,

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

    PS. Slug configuration is a WP setting, not a theme, so you must ensure that you set up permalinks correctly in your WP panel
