Problem with template application to the main blog wordpress page

Hello I have a problem with a template applied on the main blog page of Wordpress.

These are the steps

1. defined the template and applied to "Entire blog"
2. modified the template and set the options
3. after saving the results is the default wordpress layout, the template cannot rewrite it

I disabled all plugins and saved the template, and it seems to be working fine now:

look, I modified the template to have the posts ordered by date descending

and in the preview tit's showed correctly the last post .

But in the frontend the blog show the wrong layout

I disabled and enabled all the plugins, but the frontend layout doesn't change

I did not immediately disable and enable plugins. I disabled them, saved the blog template, and activated them again.

Please follow the same steps. You can also disable your plugins one by one to see which is the culprit.
