  Please try the following JS:

  jQuery(function($){
     $(window).load(function(){
         $(window).trigger('resize');
     })
  })
  

  Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> JS, and check if the problem persists.

  i've done it now but it still a mess... i'd also clear all cache right after but still nothing change
