While editing a page/post on the site, I encounter the following error:
"Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response."
This issue appears to prevent updates and changes from being saved properly. After troubleshooting the problem, I have taken the following steps to resolve it:
Reset the permalinks structure in WordPress.
Verified that the WordPress and Site Address URLs match.
Temporarily disabled all plugins to rule out conflicts.
Checked for SSL/HTTPS configuration issues.
Reviewed the .htaccess file for any errors.
Confirmed the PHP version is compatible.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Since the theme might be contributing to the problem, I would appreciate your assistance in identifying and resolving the issue. If none of them will help, please contact your hosting provider and ask to allow all the rules that ModSecurity blocks incorrectly.
