Logo is always too small

I'm trying to make my logo bigger.

Global -> Logo -> Advanced -> Height

200 seems to be the maximum size

Header & Subheader -> Header ;

I can also change a size here, but that doesn't change the size of the logo

What options are there to enlarge the logo?

I'm looking to change the lightbox a bit. I would like the overlay to be significantly darker.
