Blog paginatio is not working

I'm trying to add pagination, and it's not working.

I have tried load more or infinite scrolling and when I do it just spins and doesn't move

I tried the traditional paginations with number and links and when I click next page or the arrow it is transferred to the home page.

Can you help?
