Header overlaps with blog arrows

As shown in the picture, I do not know how to deactivate the header to leave only the arrows on the blog page. I would like to keep only the sticky header or create a space between the header and the blog arrows.

Try the following CSS code:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px){
 .single-post .section-post-header{
   margin-top: 200px;
 }
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
 .single-post .section-post-header{
   margin-top: 120px;
 }
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
