I found that there is some problem on the express check out block in desktop version

how to adjust it as the cart summary have been drop to the bottom section.

No I didn't disable. The button may appear when your desktop have save your google pay method...

Anyway, can solve?

Try the following CSS code:

.woocommerce-checkout #wc-stripe-express-checkout-element {
   width: 100%;
}
.woocommerce-checkout #wc-stripe-express-checkout-button-separator{
   width: 100%;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

Do you mean on the whole website?

Neither WP nor Betheme has such a feature, so you would have to use some external plugin for that.

Anyway, in my opinion, it does not make much sense because if someone wants to access your website source he will get to it anyway. You can check also the following link about that:
