WooCommerce panel is not displaying correctly.

edited February 24 in WooCommerce

My WooCommerce options disappeared when I was trying to modify a WooCommerce product, they were not being displayed!

If I switch to another theme (like Twenty Twenty-Five), all WooCommerce options are back, but disappear when I switch back to BeTheme.

This image shows how WooCommerce appears when trying to add or edit a product with BeTheme active.

My website (creativemoodsigns.com) works with no issues on the front-end, the issue is on the backend when trying to add or modify a product.

Your assistance is needed.

  • They work, and I replied to the email I received with what to do. My server will email a link to confirm they are trying to login, once they confirm by clicking the link provided, they will be able to login using the same credentials.

The email will be sent to muf*********[email protected], my apologies for the inconvenience, one of my websites was hacked once back in the day and I had to establish very strict firewall policies.

  • Sorry, but I do not handle mailbox and do not have access to it.

Can you disable this limitation for a while? You can remove this user after I check your website and provide the solution.

    Best regards

  • Limitation disabled!

It will be disabled for 24 hours.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks!

I checked your website and one of the products, and this is how it looks to me:

Are there any steps to reproduce your issue? Or does it happen for a particular product?

Note that I did not make any modifications or troubleshooting steps on your website, I went directly to the product edition.

So, after seeing that it looks right on your side, I tried it on another computer in my shop, and it worked just as it does for you, so I thought it might be my computer, but I also noticed the same issue on my laptop at home, so I decided to create a new user on my main computer, and then the products page worked as expected! Nevertheless, after installing Nord VPN, the issue returned, so I removed Nord VPN and everything was working fine again! I've found the cause of the problem!

The reason I need Nord VPN is that I pay for a Static IP that I need because my internet provider's IP is dynamic, so I cannot exclude my visits from my analytics, and I can configure my analytics plugin and security plugin to not count me and to have fewer restrictions for that Static IP, so that's very convenient for me.

As a result, I found out that by disabling the Advanced Browser Protection and Ad and Tracker Blocker in Nord VPN, my WooCommerce worked normally, which was totally unexpected, and my problem was solved.

The issue was not your theme, not me but Nord VPN configuration.

Here is a capture of the setting I use that allows me to work back again.

Thank you for all your help and support, your team is the best!

  • I am extremely happy to see that you managed to solve it.

Also thanks for explaining your issue. Despite it is rather odd I hope it will help others who expect such a weird behaviour.

    Best regards
