Bebuilder stopped working!!
Hi, my builder suddenly stopped working! I didn't touch anything!
Each time I click on the pen icon of an element to edit it, this shows instead on my builder indicating a random Column!
I need help ASAP please ! Thanks

I'm encountering the same issue, my builder stopped working when I try to work on my header template. Otherwise everything seems alright when I edit my footer. I have tried to clear both site and browser cache but it didn't work for me this time.
I would like to let you know that this may be occurred once Ive set up an HTML element within the header template, but I'm still not sure.

It might be related to that custom HTML structure you use.
I restored the revision of the header template, and it seems to work fine now.
Please check it out. If this happens again, remove the HTML element for a test, and see if the issue persists.

The issue still persists when I remove the first line of my HTML in order to make the marquee span across the entire bar.
Once I do this, BeBuilder stops working.
And yes, when you restore it, it works again which makes sense, since that HTML version doesn't render the expected result correctly.

I have created a new contact us page, but when I edit it with bebuilder the screen is stuck just like how it's shown in this following screenshot:
This also occurs on some other pages I edit with the builder.

I didn't set any redirects, the thing is that I had already a contact page and I have created a second one because I couldn't edit it's content with the builder!
Though I had a redirection plugin activated before I do this. But since I had a jetpack connection problem I was forced to deactivate some plugins.
Hope this can help you investigate this issue.

Neither the contact page loads, even when switching to another theme.

I've just created a new contact page after deleting the old ones, also I have tried clearing my site's cache.
This might be frustrating, hope I can find a fix but until now the issue persists and the page is still not loading.
Usually this isn't happening very often.

Maybe the redirection plugin you had left some files on your server that caused it. You can check files on your server.
Also, see if you do not have any redirections set on your server.

After deleting the old redirections within the plugin, the builder is now working properly when editing the page.
It seems the leftover redirections were indeed causing conflicts, just as you suspected.
