Header with Menu not appearing

Hello team! My website www.jdlandscape914.com is not rendering the Header w/ Menu. Not sure what's up, nothing on the site has changed. Everything within my WP Dashboard looks fine, I'm running the latest version of BeTheme (27.6.4), latest build of WordPress (6.7.2), and PHP v8.2.

One weird issue in the WP Dashboard, even though I don't use the BeTheme Header Builder, if I click on it, nothing appears, its just an empty space. Not sure if that's related or not, just bizarre.

Any thoughts or advice is appreciated!

    Hello,

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.

    Hi Phil,

    Thanks for this... the culprit was the official BeTheme Child Theme (v1.6.2) so I downloaded a fresh ZIP from my Envato account, updated the child theme to v2.0.2 and made it active... header & menu now work again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction (should've thought of that on my own)!
