Feature Lists and Toggle Save problem

After new version 28.02 in my all Feature lists and toggle lists are not saved in my Builder. whatever i create an item after i save them they will remain in site but after i try to add new one (with refreshing and re entering to be beuilder) its deleting all the content and starting over from fresh list.

As you can see in the picture right side 6 item already entered but on left there is nothing to edit or change.
