How can i put the content of a section inside a tab?
those bordered wraps are outside, I think i can copy the html inspecting, but is there another way, global wraps or global something?

In tabs, you can put only simple non-JS-based content. You cannot put the whole section or wrap inside of it.
If you want to display some custom construction, you must use HTML, or shortcodes of elements that do not use JS.
So, to have what you showed, you must create it manually.
