My site has changed after upgrade

WHen I upgraded my theme The whole top section from the header to the slider has changed. There a lot of missing items and items that fell apart (no css) . I have upgraded in another copy of the site (staging site) . Please help. See attached screenshots and urls below

Please go to Betheme -> Tools, use the CSS update option, and check if the problem persists.
