Hi,

How do I make changes to the related posts section at the bottom of an individual post? I know where the options are in the Theme Options but this is incredibly limited and I need to be able to actual edit this part. I don't want "Read More" to be there for example, want to edit the CSS, etc.

Hi,
To have higher control over this area, you would have to build a single post template.
