BeTheme options not work

Hi,
When I try to access the BeTheme options, I get a 404 error page. Everything else on the site works fine.
Could this issue be caused by the following server settings?
- PHP Time Limit: 30
- (Minimum required: 60, recommended: 180)
- PHP Max Input Vars: 1000
- (Minimum required: 5000)
Please advise.

Hi,
Server settings might have an impact on that, and you should contact your hosting provider to increase these values to the recommended ones.
You can also try turning off all plugins, refreshing your cache, and checking if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.
