Header background Placeholder won't go

Hello,

A few related issues:

In theme options, when I remove the header background, its placeholder (white space) remains there (see attached). How do I remove this extra higher in the header?

Also, the above issue happened after I removed the slider from the homepage. Now, I can't have a header background in all pages (default templte) and no background in the homepage. How do I edit the pages templates? It seems like I can only create a new template but can't edit the existing tempates.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.

I tried adding/wp-admin to the end of your domain, but it redirected me to the WordPress.com login panel, where the login credentials you sent did not work.
