How to remove or hide all elements in the red box?

Hi,
Go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and change the height value to zero:

Also, in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader, set the option to hide the Subheader.
