Pre-built import stuck on 'Content'

Trying to import a pre-built. I have tried many and all have same problem of being stuck on 'Content' when importing.

I have many betheme websites all on the same server and never had problems. I checked server configuration and all is good.

Any help?

It works now after 12 hours of trying. Not sure how to delete post
