Cant edit shop page

Dear Support Team,

I recently downloaded BeTheme and activated the PaintStore pre-built theme. I must say, I’m very pleased with the design quality and how smoothly everything work, it truly looks professional and user-friendly.

I’ve invested a lot of time into designing my homepage, including setting up a cookie banner, email marketing integration, and more. Everything was going well until I tried to edit the shop page. No matter what I do, I simply can't make changes to it.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Editing from different locations in the dashboard
• Modifying the page itself directly
• Trying through templates
• using different search engines
• Using different computers

Then I followed your recommendation:

1. I accessed my FTP, removed the entire theme folder, and uploaded the latest version again.
2. I removed all third-party plugins, including caching plugins.
3. I checked for any additional server-side caching.

Unfortunately, nothing worked.

I even deleted my entire webshop, reinstalled everything, and downloaded the PaintStore theme again, still no results. I then tried switching to another pre-built theme (Default Store 2), but that also didn’t work. Eventually, I deleted everything again and went back to PaintStore, installed all required plugins, and carefully followed the setup instructions.

Despite all this effort, I still cannot make changes to the shop page.

I would really appreciate your help, I’m fully committed to using BeTheme, but I’m stuck at this point.
