Theme Registration Can not get domain name Error.
I'm having trouble registering my item purchase code in the WordPress setup wizard for BeTheme. When I input the purchase code and submit it, I receive the following error:
"Cannot get domain name."
To troubleshoot, I also tried using your license verification tool at https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, but it returned the following message:
"The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."
I believe I entered both the correct purchase code and my Envato username. I'm unsure why it's not allowing me to register BeTheme, especially since this is the first time the code is being used and no domain has been registered for it yet.
Additionally, when I tried verifying my support period, I received the following error:
"Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!"
However, the purchase date is 2025-07-30 08:39:50 UTC.
Is there anything you can do to help me resolve this issue?
