Registration - deregistration - reregistration - confusing!

Hi, out-of-the-blue I'm being told I need to register my Betheme. I already have. I had hostinger hosting and then linked a domain. Now I'm told "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: <link>". That hostinger instance was deleted. I'm stuck. Any ideas? Thanks

OK, I went to MuffinGroup and deregistered and then reregistered. A bit odd, but sorted, I think.
