How do I modify the Top bar right of a header?

I've installed the "Marketing 2" template, and the shopping cart and total amount are added to the top bar right. It also includes the icon with the user menu. I'd like to delete the shopping cart and total amount, as well as modify the user menu.

Where can I modify that header?
