License domain reset request - Referer domain is different error

Hello Muffin Group Support,

I have recently purchased a new BeTheme license from ThemeForest and I would like to register it on my current website.

However, my website is still linked to an old purchase code from many years ago.

I no longer have access to that old purchase code or the ThemeForest account used to buy it, so I cannot deregister it from my domain.

Could you please force the deregistration of the old license from my domain so I can register the new purchase code I just bought?

Here are my details:

- Purchase code: will send via private message for security reasons

- Current website domain: https://arturomolina.es/

- ThemeForest username: chemaadwords
