Question about elements with an ARIA

Hello there,

I make a page speed test on PageSpeed Insights google and on "Accesibility sugestion" i see that there i have a sugestion "Some ARIA parent roles must contain specific child roles to perform their intended accessibility functions. Learn more about roles and required children elements." On the website https://www.dava.ro/

I realy don't understend what i must to make there for fix it.

Any ideea how i can solve this ?
